User-to-user Forums
Indigo Eight Software's forums are designed to allow our customers to exchange ideas, solutions and work our implementation details. Indigo Eight Software staff does occasionally respond to posts, but the forums are not a replacement for paid support options.
Posting in the forum is voluntary and Indigo Eight Software has no obligation to respond to a post, nor do other registered users.
Documentation
The AjaxPDF documentation displayed as PDF documents. This documentation is the same as that provided with the product and integrated with Visual Studio.
Support Request
Contact our support team if you have issues with AjaxPDF. Note that support for our customers is limited to those who have purchased a support subscription. Please provide as much detail in your support request as possible so that we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Submitting a support request will create a support ticket that you can view the status of online.
Once you submit a support request we will automatically reply that we have received your support inquiry. If you don't receive this email verify that our response hasn't be filtered into your 'spam' folder.
