Q: How is AjaxPDF licensed?
A: AjaxPDF is licensed per domain name (e.g. mysite.com). You may run the software in a development/testing/staging environment in trial mode. If licensed, the software runs under "localhost" in licensed mode for the explicit purpose of development with Visual Studio. You may add additional licenses (at a just $29.99 each) to use AjaxPDF with other domains.

Q: What if I want to run AjaxPDF on more domains?
A: You can easily add more domains to your existing AjaxPDF license. These additional licenses are available at just $29.99 each.

Q: Can I purchase a license for our intranet server?
A: Yes, you can purchase license for machine names such as "intranet". If you wish, you may purchase a license for an IP address (e.g. 120.1.0.1). Note that these licenses can not be changed, but you may purchase additional licenses for additional domains as needed.

Q: What does the $999 license get me?
A: That license is designed for integrators who wish to include AjaxPDF in their own software solutions. The license, unlike other version of AjaxPDF, is not licensed per domain name but instead has a single license. Support for the licensee (but not the licensee's customers/partners) is included as are minor updates and bug fix releases. This license can be redistributed in your ASP.NET Web applications royalty-free.

Q: I've lost my license for AjaxPDF. What do I do?
A: You can download the license again from the account management page. If you've lost your log-in information, you can request your password be sent to you from that same page. If the license was purchased by an employee, consultant or other representative and you need to access that account, please contact us.

Q: I have questions about earlier products (e.g. Formium, PDForMail). Who do I contact?
A: If you have a support need, please submit a support request. Q: How quickly will I receive my software?
A: AjaxPDF is delivered electronically (no physical media or documentation will be mailed to you). Once you complete the order process we will email information on acquiring product keys and simultaneously add those product keys to your account. Using the keys (per the instructions) will enable you to immediately upgrade your product(s) from the trial to production version(s). You should be able to install, register and begin using the products within minutes.

Q: What payment methods can I use to buy online?
A: All payments are processed via Google Checkout or PayPal. We cannot accept payment via purchase orders. Q: Do you provide discounts for education institutions, non-profit organizations or charities?

A: We provide free trial versions of our products - and we'll work with you to provide you with us much time and help you need to fully ensure our products meet your needs. For that reason - as well as the fact that we provide our products and keys digitally - we cannot issue refunds (except in cases of verified fraud).
